Session 1: The Adventure begins

We will be starting out as the main course is being served. Bonus XP if the food is ordered and delivered by that time...y'know roleplaying and all of that.

XP for the first two sessions can be found at the end of each of those forums. They may still be read, just not commented on.

Damn dood you locked the longest running thread on this site! =P Anyway I get what you are saying about the posts enhancing play. We haven't played in almost 2 weeks and we were still able to accomplish stuff and get xp. I certainly dont expect it to replace gaming on Mon/Tues nights but sometimes when you have a large combat session that lasts for 1-2 nights, this is a great way to keep the story moving. I'm not sure why some people dont take much interest in it(Matt) but I am enjoying myself and like the fact that we can still role-play on off-nights in here.
Sifting through pages of emails that contain nothing about the game can be tedious.

Yes this will be the last time to spend XP for now. For the most part you will be able to spend XP as you get it, however there are some skills and talents that will require some work to get. These are mostly things that are not necassarily learned but earned, Peer and Good Reputation are two examples. Most of the time this won't matter, for example if the crew has been spending the last session trying to get information or resources from the Underworld and noone started a bloodbath it is natural that yo could have improved your relations with the Underworld giving the opportunity to gain the Good reputation (Underworld) skill when it becomes available.

If you are constantly going to be hounded by Arbites and Inquisition because of the Butcher or Madame then it doesn't make much sense for you to be able to get Peer Arbites.

Mamzel Prudence enters the room amidst the idle chatter and passing of Data Slates. Servitors in tow, they begin to clear away the plates. Rolling her eyes and saying something under her breath she waves her Control Wand as another pair of Sevitors lift Madame from her chair. A pair of her Ladies in Waiting come in quickly and escort their mistress from the room.

You think you hear Mamzel Prudence mutter "Whore" under her breath as she turns to the assembled group and bows slightly, the main course shall be arriving in mere moments. As she tilts her head down one last time she exits the room and a apir of Servitors enter with fresh Bottles of Amasec and Bowls of Fruit.

After ensuring all the guests were accomodated they wordlessly exited the room.

I nominate Gaz for making me laugh thinking about his fat ass in a space suit smearing twinkies all over the mask and also try to keep up with the hurrying group shuffling around through air vents.

Is the xp spendable?

Hmm, tough call. I'll nominate Gordon for gracefully handing over his command to the Butcher and for almost starting combat with servitors but then not.

LOL I thought he smeared a twinkee on the Commander's helmet!

I second Charlie for being the only dumb SOB to not wear his helmet in the tainted space ship.
